Once the ignition is off live track intelligently auto sets by way of 2 means; geo fencing and movement sensors, either of which provide you with customisable alerts via sms and or email. A geo fence of 120m2 is automatically set around the asset it is attached to, if movement outside of this set area is detected livetrack will alert you automatically. Same with the motion sensor will alert you to any unauthorised movements.

Livetrack needs no external antennae only a simple3 wire install, live, ignition and earth. The internal battery draws very little from the asset battery requiring sub 1 mHa. Giving 1 minute updates in journey mode allow you to monitor the assets journey via a live "bread crumb" trail indicated on live maps. If an asset is stolen and placed indoors it can be traced by utilising its last reported position and then finally located to which building by using the onboard RF beacon. To ensure continuity of service livetrack uses a contract sim to keep the service active. By doing this it prevents any loss to service due to service provider disconnection due to network inactivity..
